Google part 1

This week opened my eyes! I never had a clue that google was more than a search engine and email provider until this class. I have mobile me and I know it has a lot of stuff on it, but I pay for that! Google is all free! I love having a blog now and basically having the world in my hands through google. Not only do I have all of these limitless possibilities right in front of me, but I am learning how to use it. Which means it will actually be of use for my life! The google calendar is an OCD's(like me!)dream! the organization and colors and everything can be scheduled to the second in my day, and I get texted about it! Soooo let us analyze this. Extreme organization for my busy life, and texting. What else in this life do I need? Probably just a slice of cheesecake and I am set! I will admit that google docs as amazing at it is I still need practice to figure it all out. There are so many things one can do in it I feel like I will never be able to remember it all! Great lesson this week, and I am so excited for the rest of the semester...I am learning things that apply to my life after college!!!! THANK YOU!

  1. This is a great description...I enjoyed reading it. I would like to suggest that you utilize the headings of What?, So What?, Now What?, and Video. This will ensure that you receive full credit for your postings in the future.

Although I enjoy your postings for the most part, I need to get a bit more from you with each posting. You need to have about 3-4 sentences for What? You need to have 2 paragraphs for So What? and 2 paragraphs for Now What? plus 1 paragraph for the video. The posting was somewhat shallow and therefore that is reflected in the grade you earned.

I would also suggest that in the future you utilize the What? So What? Now What? and Video labels for the different paragraphs. This will ensure that you receive full points each week.

I enjoyed reading about you catching the spirit of discovery! I look forward to introducing you to new tools weekly...I also love them...and get really excited...still...and I have used them for a while.

    Overall...I enjoyed reading your blogs.
